Cool old car.   Not in our registry either.     Someone can have some fun with this one.

I like the nose treatment, but not so much the rear end treatment. Has held up pretty well though it needs some help. Curious to see if it sells.

Nice project for someone, for sure .

you got 80 k to loan me    :icon_smile_big:  ,  but yes i would love to own that thing  .  I wouldnt change a thing either except clean it up and put a 440 back in it at some point .  Oh and drive the wheels off it

I think what they are calling a tweeked rear tail panel it just the normal factory bad fit .  They were not uniform and most are terrible from the factory .

It's perfect.   Drive it, have fun and listen to all the comments from the peanut gallery:

"That's car is really cool."
"When are you going to restore it?"
"Why did you do that to it?"

Redbird

I really like it and I hope he gets a good price for it. With the set-up he has he seems to know something about how to get it back on the road.

Easy to nitpick, but many would say it is far better than any clone, and it has an interesting story.

From the pictures, the trunk could just be bad factory fit. I think the gate # should be 05101.

Put a 440 in it and what a good driver.

FJ5WING

you did read the part about getting dinged in the right rear right? the tail panel is pretty bad to be factory sloppy.

I didnt like my car with the little bit that it was rough....I'D RESTORE IT! :D

I called about it first thing this morning, the only thing I would do is add a Thumping 440+, headers, some gears, and Take off those terrible stock wheels and put on some bad ass fat and skinnies....... Then it would be one of the coolest birds out there......

pettybird

It does kinda need slot mags and extended leaf spring hangers, doesn't it?
