Been seeing a bunch of bogus listings lately on eBay and I don't think eBay really cares much since they seldom remove them, so what if some jerk wires money to these thieves, eBAy does not have to make good on it.  eBay's philosophy is let them list these bogus cars, as long as they pay the fees.
