Just lately I keep getting a window saying "A problem with this web page has caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen" and always while posting. It's driving me nuts as in the end I'm left with a blank page and I can't hit the back arrow to get back in so everything is lost.

When this happens a couple of times, I get this...........
We were unable to return you to dodgecharger.com.

Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore this website. It appears that the website continues to have a problem.

What you can do:

 Go to your home page

 Try to return to dodgecharger.com

More information  More information..........

When a website causes a failure or crash, Internet Explorer attempts to restore the site. It stops after two tries to avoid an endless loop.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

What system (XP, Vista etc?). And what version of IE?
Usually and uninstall and reload will fix it.
Be sure to save your "favorites" file before uninstalling it.

Don't do that. Find someone local to you with some expertise.

I'm maybe 10000 miles away, in the mountains in Northern California. But a kettle of anything you serve would make it a pleasure to fly to Australia.  :2thumbs:

I'm just a survivor when it comes to Microsoft skills anyway. You must know someone in the 'hood (like high school kids) who could get you back up and running. My point is that calling MS is a long, grueling and costly process for something like your issue.

I hear good things about Firefox for stability and dependability.

Most likely your updated updates are not updated, or not compatible with your current cookie setting, firewall, OS, Abobe update or Java version.  Most probably is you internet provider has you throttled back to one or two bits per hour trying to get you to pay extra to ride in the fast lane.
Find a teen who needs 20 bucks and he'll fix it for ya in five minutes.

Fred

Actually, in most cases our friends (with computers) are always asking my wife for help. She's the only one with enough know how to solve most problems and is always sorting out everyone else's problem.
But this is something more serious so she contacted Microsoft technical support today and we're hoping the technician has been able to fix the problem. He has very kindly offered to call back tomorrow to see if all is well.  Now that is service with a capitol "S".
Fingers crossed.

Thanks for all your help.
