i was planing on buying the B&M z gate shifter for my '73 just wanted to know if its any good and if its easy to install

I have a freind of mine that has installed two of them in mopars and will not consider any other style shifter. He is stuck on the Z-Gate.
If it ain't wide open; it ain't running.        Rule number one in motocross racing: Pin it; row the gear box; and wait until you hit something.     At work my motto is: If you need me, call someone else.

alright , so it is good . but is it easy to intsal?? do i have to take off my whole center console or wat?
