Yes the license was on eBay.   Under 1969 NASCAR.   A good friend saw it on eBay and told me about the auction.   After the auction ended I saw that it was a Winged Warrior member.  So not much as a find as it just traded hands.    Sits on the shelf with my dads 71 NASCAR license now.

Hard me to accept that right now 1-1-2014 he would have been 79 !! Does anyone here agree that the current day pussy , pampered Nascar  drivers with their body work scraping the ground would  NOT be able to control 1969 era stock cars ? I gave up  on that crap when # 3 died . It is a commercialized joke now
