I was wondering. Are the rubber mounts and cage that go on the engine the same on any other year make or models of mopars? r

If you are referring to the rubber insulators and mounts that attach to the block, yes..... They are same as any other 440 ( or 426 HEMI if so equipped ). Nothing "Superbird" specific......
