Drache

Quote71 Dodge Charger, RT 440 magnum 4 barrel 370 HP, (((NEEDS COMPLETE RESTORATION 'INSIDE AND OUT'))). The photos were taken last fall

The car was originally purchased in Kamloops and has always been in Kamloops. Was street driven by my wife and I until 1989 as well during this period I drag raced the car from 82 - 93, and it has been just sitting in my yard since then. The photo of the car drag racing was in Mission in 1992. (12.21 seconds @113 mph)

The engine is standard bore and due for a re-bore / rebuild (engine runs and has great oil pressure). The transmission in the car is a 727, with about a 3000 stall torque converter, set up with a reverse shift full manual valve body. The 8 3/4 rearend is most likely 456 gears but I am not certain of that.
(I have the following spares: 727 transmission, 3.23 8 ¾ posi carrier, the original intake manifold, the original exhaust manifolds, the stock hood centre, the stock air cleaner housing).

Twenty years seems like along time to sit in the yard.  Does the weather impact a car as harshly in BC as some other areas?

Kamloops is a fairly dry humidity area so cars dont seem to rust too bad. If it was sitting in Cranbrook or somewhere on the coast it would be a lot worse...
