C500

"An aggressive exterior with power to match was enough to pull in the performance boys-especially when abetted by a pair of pipes blaring out the back, and brawny red-sidewall rubber hitting the pavement."

Hi C500 Folks,

Big drop down to $72,500!
Must sell at that price or we is all in trouble???
Pro-resto is $80,000 to $100,000, plus the price of the Car $25,000+
Self resto is $40,000+ its real tight on profit methinks?
I know Folks that have restored 318 Chargers, they must bee crying.
Whats they worth, $20,000?

Oh well, at least mine is 'common and garden' F8-Black interior(no console) LoL!
Cheers from Jon

4-SPEED, 1969 Charger-500 is the most Coolio car in the World!

I would say 318 cars are worth even less than 20k.  Other than a strangely fueled price bubble in 2007 there never really has been an ability to get your money back on these cars after a proper restoration.  Do it for the love of the car because if you think you can restore them correctly without stealing the basic car first you are in for a lot of heartbreak.
Yes, some make money, but its rare. :Twocents:
