.0065 in the middle,,.015 rocking the piston with no rings installed, with rings its .010 so .051 gaskets are on the way.

got the block ground for clearance & put #1 &2 piston in so i can install & degree the cam I put some powder in the bores that Total seal rings says to use to promote quick ring seating, it is called guick seat,, it sure makes thing look dirty,, any how,,, a lot of people like to cut a grove in the #4 cam journal to give oil to the rockers 100% of the time, i cut a small grove on the trailing side of the oil holes so it will about double the oil up top.

the cam called to be installed @ 104,i went to 110 , because it is a very small cam for a 512, & i have overdrive & lockup converter so i cant go with a larger cam, so retarding this one will take some low end power out & give the engine a little more rpm.

IMO,
110* installed may be a little too late on the 108* lsa ? and it might place that overlap too far back ?  

On 108* lsa I would respectfully suggest, NO later than 106*, because it might just make the engine lazy everywhere installed at 110* ?
Unless you are actively trying to dump available Cylinder pressure for Fuel requirements ?
 Are you ?

I know "retarding" the Cam is supposed" to take out low end and ADD top end..... but it just doesn't work on any we've seen on the Dyno ?
In our experience anyways, we just LOSE bottom end... and then LOSE Top end as well..... because from our findings anyways, we have dumped the available Cylinder pressure by moving the scavenging later with less V.E.
Especially on a 108* lsa Cam like that that....  which could be mid 240's @ .050 ?.... and probably really NEEDS 160 psi as a minimum !

.576" Lift...... on a "274" cam , is quite a bit of lobe rate ? which I suspect is a dedicated Mopar .904" lifter type grind ?
Are those Lifters "EDM" style with a small oil hole to lubricate those lobes ? Might be a REALLY good idea as those lobes will need more lubrication.

BTW,
How much Valve Spring pressure & rate do they want on those lobes ?
Make sure Valve Spring pressures do not exceed 300# "over the nose" when running the Cam in.
You may wish to remove the inner V/Springs for break in and run lots of zinc in the Oil.

Thanks BOB,,ON THE 110 it is more of an experiment for fuel, drivablity & hp,  that said i can always pull the front & put the cam in at 105, i already checked the straight up marks & its 105 , yes it is a .904 lobe & the lifters do have oil holes, the springs are 26120 comp beehive 155 seat.

Might be a bit of a bear to run in that Camshaft at 350# over the nose, even with zinc and EDM lifters ?

NOT saying things won't go just fine ! probably will be just fine if everything is "good to go" and right to rpm on start up. 

Just say'in at my age... that I am a bit of a chicken-shiat ?.... and we usually just run a really mushy sub 300# "over the nose" different V/spring for break-in, then swap out and install the correct "higher" V/Spring pressures later for our power runs.

 I did not like the way my lifter contact on the cam lobe was, it is a VERY aggressive lobe,i called & talked to Howard's Cams & they had me send the cam back to them so they could double check the cam lobe,after talking to Ben H he suggested a lobe they have that would be better suited for my application, also & had them grind it on 110 lsa & 108 intake, I'm sure Bob aka Challenger 340 will like it better, I know I do!!!! ,Howard's Cams went above & beyond to help me out, very good people. this is the new cam

ordered pushrods & waited 2 weeks just to get the wrong ones,called & said send them back & oooppps they must have made a mistake. thats all i have been waiting on to get this installed in the car ..

got the correct pushrods today, they sent them overnight, valves are adjusted & oil pump is primed, next the car goes to my friends shop, Corliss automotive in Katy Tx, & the engine swap begins, the owner Brad is helping me do this swap cause there is no way i could do this myself, Feeling truly blessed!!!!

Shout out to Trend performance for correcting the push rod problem !!!!
