how do you identify a CORRECT dual snorkel for a 73 charger w/ 440 ? this one?

This looks to be the same but I'm not an expert on these kinds of details. looking for one to restore for my restoration. How do you tell? is there a specific part number on these ?

That one looks like the right one. My 73 with 400 has the same air cleaner. All in orange, no black lid.

yeah I have some nice pictures of a untouched dirty original 73 charger se engine compartment and they look the same except of course the lid is matching orange with the u shaped 440 four barrel decal. I hate to get one and have it redone to find out it's not correct.

Thanks for that link Mopar Nut.. I now know that I have a '71 and not a '70 dual snorkel cleaner on my 'Bird.

GREAT site, I'm confused he shows the 440 with a single snorkel, when I have seen many untouched 1973 440 cars with the dual .  :scratchchin:

That site is a good guide but confusing some times.  73 400 HP and 440 is the same.  Same as my 73.

1974 used dual snorkel but they were oval that year.

Awesome ! yes I met you at Carlisle 2014 .Also I saw your car again this year along with the other red SE that was in real bad shape in the billboard display photo.
