Thanks guys, wow....talk about memory lane. Can you imagine walking on to these lots and having the pick of the litter on any muscle car. Only if we had the foresight 40 years into the future. Thanks for sharing.

And just think...40 years from now some people will be drooling over pictures of Dodge dealerships with new Hellcat's on the lot.  Most of us are saying "man if I was only able to go back 40 years and buy a brand-new Charger"...  There wasn't as much hoopla 40 years ago concerning our cars as there has been just in the the past two years concerning the Hellcats's.  We are living right now in a golden age.  How many people realize that?

I did have to laugh at the eighth picture of the 69 Charger at Carl Burger Dodge. Notice the drip pan under the "New" or "Late Model used" car on the showroom floor! I also spied another one in a later picture too....these cars definitely were not as leak free as their modern counterparts!

To all, thank you so much for posting all the old photos. I'll order up one of each and pick them up on Friday. It was very interesting to see how many muscle cars came with whitewall tires. You can keep looking at all photos and each time you look you see something new.

A Guy posted this on our Hometown facebook page! this was Brooks Brothers Dodge Plymouth in our little town in Pa.  was so shocked to learn they actually had a Nascar team in 1955-56.  They raced on the beach at Daytona and even Darlington Netting some top 10 and a couple top 5 finishes. they were later bought our by Griffin Motors around 1960 or 61'which is still in Business today. my buddy bought his 63' Max Wedge there along with his Superbird.  there was a lot of serious muscle sold there.

Saddleback Dodge was involved in a lot of racing back then from what I'm told a Drag team plus they even Sponsored Mario Rossi at Riverside. this was when Bobby Allison's Daytona was Red and white.

Question for all you "experts"...anyone have a picture from back in the day of the Dodge Regional Office
in Kansas City, Mo.?   (Located on 106W. 14th Street)

It seems as if my 1967 Charger was purchased through their office and spent a few months with them.  The story is that the Charger was to be used for the New car show held in Kansas City.  I would love to get pictures of the show as well.

It does not seem like the dealership database has been update for years. I sent quite a bit of info on Ct. dealerships and it never made it onto the list.
