The dashpads were done by Just Dashes.  The bezels were done by CV Vacuum Platers.  The gauges were rebuilt by Autoinstruments.com.  The Dash was put back together by yours truly 

The stripe is from Performance Car Graphics.

Waiting on the side windows to get done being polished then going to install those...then off to get the interior put in.

F8 - I agree, it's an awesome color combo and one of the reasons I brought the car.  It was optioned with this color combo and  I'm still amazed that I can't find that many that were optioned this way.  I believe there was one other person on this board, or the old one, that had the same combo.
