White hemi 500

I have a question that has been on my mind for a long time. Since we have preserved pictures of two hemi 500s (thanks to tan top).-----

The fuel line routing next to the radiator hose is not the same on both cars.  Which one is correct?  Or are they both correct?
The hoses are different as well.

The -reproduction- fuel line on my 69 coronet will only fit behind the radiator hose no matter what hose shape is used.
