This is what it looks like today.

Love your JJ1 68, my cars twin

Was yours non vinyl? Mine had a black top originally and tan interior.

It was black vinyl top, BUT mine was,is ,black gut, My very 1st Charger sighting was when I was about 5 years old, 1967, & the neighbors drove home a new 68 jj1 black top Charger, an exact twin to mine, if I ever repaint my Charger it will be back to JJ1 & Black top, wish I would have done that in the 1st place, with my health issues it will have to stay Hot rod Black.

Is a beautiful car!

They must be going through it adding more marking paint and such as some pics have the yellow on all the steering linkages/ball joints and some don't. Yes, I see they added the undercoating in the wheel wells. Or are these just previous pics from Brian as I don't see anything on Ebay?

Did Chrysler really put all that yellow paint on those nuts?

cdr and Charger-Bodie: Loved reading about your JJ1 68's! I've had my R/T since my high school days (35+ years) and now finally restored as a father/son project about a decade ago. You can see it on my profile pic. Beautiful cars, gentlemen!

I'm surprised more people don't do the paint dabs.  Good way of reminding someone if it's in mock up or in it's finished position, just like factory.  Our projects do tend to get stretched out.

That is one sweet charger. You did a great job on it!  :2thumbs:

Just curious, what brand undercoating did you use on the inner fenders?

It is an awesome color, but I'd still rather have my f8 one back.
