 not many good pictures to go by or description ....but for the right price, think could be a good project imo, don't think its the original motor! looks orange  , although that don't mean much could have been painted  :scope:

The valve covers are blue on the car, like poster said, engine maybey painted? But then again, why the valve covers not  :scratchchin:

And strange that there are no pics of the vin stamped in the car or engine.
