Hey guys, I changed the u joints and I'm hoping I put the shaft back in the right way. One end gets narrower and I used that end for the back. It's a 69 charger 3 speed automatic 383. Thanks

One more question.  I marked it how it was before I pulled it out because someone said it needs to go back into the transmission exactly how it came out. Shouldn't be a problem but is that true?

If that were true I think Ma would have put a locating spline on the output shaft.

I've had my driveshaft out more than a few times without noting how it came out or went back in and it seemed to never be a issue?   :shruggy:
