Going to be installing the moog bushings and ball joint tomorrow on stock upper A arms

Do i push the bushings in dry or use some lube? If so what would be best? All so read leaving bushings in freezer over night helps?

All so whats the torque on the ball joints? Is it 150 thats what my manual says just confirming

Thanks

Yes, leaving the bushings cold will help alot when pressing them in, you can use a light oil or lubricant WD-40 to help with bushing install.  I'm not sure what the torque rating is on the upper or lower ball joints, there should be a torque rating spec sheet with install instructions with the new ball joints. Hope this helps out.
