Can't Upload My Own Profile Picture

Hi,

I'm trying to upload my own profile picture. It looks like it uploads fine, but when I save my profile it doesn't appear. Any ideas? Below is the picture I'm using.

 might be too big,  mine is 140 x 105 pixels, or 3.46 KB ,
ive resized your picture to same size as mine.  click on your picture that ive resized below !  save it & re name it & try up loading it & see what happens
