Vacuum Lines for headlights, Any source of "V" Clips for headlights

Hi

I'm hoping some one can help here.  I'm at the final phase of the restoration of my Superbird, I've it had since 1975, working towards having it done for the 50 year reunion at Talladega in October and needing some help on some of the final pieces with the nose assembly.

The first one is if anyone has the source of the full set of vacuum lines all the way to the switch in the dash.  I bought the wiring harness from M&H (this is what YearOne & I believe Classic Industries sells).  The wiring harness looks correct compared to my old one,  however, the vacuum lines are not complete, especially what is missing is where the (3) vacuum lines are molded into the rectangle block attaching to the headlight switch on the dash. I've hear this is the same as the '68 & '69 Charger lines but not sure where to find this.  Any help here would be appreciated.

Also I'm wanting to see if anyone knows where I could get what I'm calling "V" clips that go on the end of the headlight doors on the inboard side near the spiral tension spring.  See the attached photo (it's circled in the photo).  Also if there is a source for the rubber grommet that allows the vacuum lines to go through the firewall that would be great.

Appreciate any help that can be given here.

Looking forward to finally driving the car again after it sitting since the early 80's.  As well as meeting some of you at Talladega.

Thanks,

Wayne

Here is one source for the vacuum lines if it's the same as a 69.  On the ones I bought, the firewall grommet is already attached.  I don't know if these have the correct hose striping (it says it does but who knows.)

Look carefullly at that wiring harness bulkhead connector.  Mine was not made correctlly, It had holes in the plastic molding that will let engine fumes into the passenger compartment.

Here's a thread on it.

Can someone post a close up picture of the clip?  We make up the hose kits for the wing cars and 68-69 Charger and might be something to look at as they look very simple.

Looks just like V clips for 1970 Charger's headlight door to open/close rod.  :scratchchin:

Can you post your website?

WaynesWorld

Hi thanks for all the info,  this is the info needed on the "V" Clips the photo of them from  Nascarrxx29 is the correct part I'm looking for.  As well as the ones posted from b5blue are what I'm needing.

Also I appreciate the source of the correct vacuum lines, these are what was needed as well.

If you post in the "PARTS WANTED" section for the clips I'll bet someone has them for ya.  :2thumbs:
