Stripped starter stud

It seems I may have stripped the stud that revives the starter to the trans.

Just confirming I somehow didn't grab the wrong nut.  This stud is course thread correct?

The end that threads into the trans is 7/16"-14 (course) and the end that takes the nut is 7/16"-20 (fine). Nut hex will be 5/8" or 11/16", if the hex is 3/4", it's too big..
