AAAND...the coupler cup hole is smaller on power steering to fit on power steering box stud. Manual steering box stud is bigger to get more torque power.

How can I tell if I have manual steering or not? Is the fact that I can turn the wheels pretty easily while the car is sitting still with almost flat tires a dead giveaway?

Manual steering box looks completely different.  I think usually made of Aluminum.....I have  a 69 with one.  If you really need I can take a photo.

No that's alright. I think I know what you are talking about because I have seen them. Instead, here is a photo of mine just to make sure. Power steering?

Nacho-RT74

it looks that has the hole to hose, so I think is powered.

The wrapped stuff it looks is the return hose nipple
