That same house in Detroit would be more like $14,000.00 & just the car in driveway over $14,000.00. :shruggy: :slap: :brickwall:

It's only overpriced if you can find a better deal on the same day.

Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

No, it is overpriced because it is a piece of shit. Quit making excuses.

My first car was a Yellow 70 R/T   :drool5:
GO SELL CRAZY SOMEWHERE ELSE WE ARE ALL STOCKED UP HERE

70 sublime

If they want $1.4 M for the house I would hate to ask them how much for the car
next project 70 Charger FJ5 green

John Milner

They have an 80's Chevy pickup in the garage just by viewing the house pictures.  I don't hate 70's-80's Chevy pickups but I believe I would have the Charger in the garage before I would have that in the garage.

About 15 minutes from my house there is a Rallye Green '69 Charger 383 4 speed car sitting in the weeds rotting away while an old early 50's Chevy pickup sits under a shed, sheltered from the weather.  I don't know how some people think.

Yeah, the house is a POS.

But I don't know what that location is worth.  Some locations are worth a lot.

Okay...Mine was a matter of opinion.
The Wife and I have been looking at properties in Tennessee. We have been here since Friday.
In Tennessee, 1.4 million buys 80 acres and a 4000 sq ft house.
In Granite Bay, 1.4 million gets you about 3 acres and a 2000 sq ft house.
In Torrance, it gets you a shithole of a house on a postage stamp sized lot!

It also gets you the privilege of paying Cali state taxes.  :2thumbs:
