Trying to decode 68 Charger R/T fender tag (update with info)

I am trying to help my buddy to decode his fender tag (it is a little rusty).

I dont seem to be able to get all the codes lined up right to get answers in decoders.

Car is R/T 440-4 and exterior CC1, not sure about interior, also 3.23 suregrip I think has a couple if nice options like power windows and am-8 track rear speaker.
