Hey guys, here's the problem...
the 318 is in the other Charger and has been sitting a while
unfortunatly this car has been gutted before I bought it, so there is no ignition, alt., basic wiring etc.

I oiled cylinders, cleaned plugs, removed valve covers and oiled up, set proper firing order and after sitting a couple days turned over by hand.
I then removed starter, cleaned flywheel area (little nest), tested starter and reinstalled
By crossing the strarter terminals (I know I know ::) the engine turns over and compression is there
Even with another coil I'm not getting spark

If I need a new starter or coil later so be it, but I don't want to transplant a dud

Any suggestions to get her all fired up?
Thanks :'( :'( :'(

If the engine turns over and has compression it's probably safe to transplant it.
The spark problem can be solved in the new vehicle.

It's not a midlife crisis, it's my second adolescence.
