Yeap, Venezuela has been discarded from the countries able to sell on eBay. Even I'm in Spain, the articles I have been trying to sell are located in Venezuela... so we are more isolated from the rest of the world.

The listings I have right now will be valid up to sept 30.

note: Afganistan is still on the list of the contries able to sell. Nice!

Ouch.  Sorry buddy.

Ebay has never been known for sensible & consistent rules.  It survives by being "too big to fail."

Is it because of the unstable government ? I don't understand. :shruggy:

What are you selling?  :scratchchin:

I have been selling Mopar parts I have found on old Mopar dealers in Vzla which closed their doors way ago. Latelly I didn't have my own parts but helping a friend on same "bussiness" ( more like get some extra incomes" ) throught my eBay account and get some commissions on each sale... but it has been allmost imposible to sell anything because shipping quotes become imposible to ship at decent price rates. Shipping quotes become crazy due the Trump's prohibition about flight conections between Vzla and USA. So Fedex couldn't flight anymore between us. Just DHL keep the shipping line swaying the prohibition with shipping flights via Panama, since DHL got a main distributor center in Panama. This increased the shipping quotes thought... amd delivery times.

I have available couple of NOS 71 Charger Fenders to sell, but shipping price rates are so outrageous. So didn't take care about list them anyway. But still have some 65 Dart tail light lenses and stuff like that.

I see, so no matter pricing the shipping kills the deal.   :P

E-bay has an embargo on certain items and certain countries.

•Cuba
•Crimea region of Ukraine (as defined under applicable sanctions)
•Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea)
•Iran
•Syria

Organizations, businesses, or individuals based in the countries listed above, or those on the United States' Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs) list can't register accounts on eBay

Evidently Venezuela is on the SDN list.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Nacho-RT74

I still can buy and hold my account, just not sell.

I've never owned anything but a MoPar. Can you say that?

So sorry to hear this Nacho!

The World is getting crazier by the day...

We have been buying Moparts direct from China as they sell on UK EBAY!

I bet this will change in the next few weeks as the planes can't fly to Europe now?

I've been looking for a pair of 1971 GTX fenders, shame you didn't have some...

Doing overseas restorations is getting harder every day!!! :slap:

Best wishes from Limey John

ps John Kunkel's list looks mighty weird, after last weeks events...

Is Russia an SDN now?

pps, I am a lifetime Chelsea FC supporter (60 years) and guess what? (not any more).

I had a real nice 71 Charger back in the 80's,

Drove her most days as gas was cheap back then!
But the authorities put 'width restrictors' everywhere in London.
They were 6 feet 6 inches wide and right near the corner too.

I kept scraping the car trying to get through them!

So I decided to sell her with a tear in my eye, for £1500.
YEP that what they were worth back the the late 80's...

Me and a Moparmate bought a 1971 Superbee on Ebay UK for £200!

It was about 10 years ago, a guy had sourced it and shipped it over and it was a rusty bucket!
No engine and trans but everything else was there...

Someone had tried to repair the rust issues and it was a 'frankenstein' so would never have passed MOT standards.
I really hated 'cutting her up' but it gave a lot of good parts to other mopars.

RIP Superbee...

I had a 70 Charger back in '86, but my parents made me sell it as I was only just 16 and couldnt drive yet.
Eventually, I ended up with an Austin 1100, then a Mini, another mini, a Chevette.....and so on.
When i visited the USA first time, I bought a 93 Pontiac Transam. Then I moved here and first thing I did, before buying a house, was buy a 74 Charger, that I stored in the garage of the house I bought a week later.
Its never moved since.
