'72 nearing completion and need to install emblems. It's been 14 years since I last glued the emblems on ("Im NOT punching holes through the vinyl top) and forgot what I used...suggestions?
I was gonna default to Weather strip adhesive but something told me not too

Thx!

so did you cut the emblem studs ?
Venezuelan RT 74 400 4bbl, 727, 8.75 3.23 open. Now stroked with 440 crank and 3.55 SG. Here is the History and how is actually: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,7603.0/all.html

No, I just marked location of the holes to make sure they are in correct location

I used a good, thick double-sided tape to install my SE emblems for now.
Like you, I wasn't keen on putting holes in the new vinyl top.
If I get new emblems, I may consider removing the studs and doing the same thing if these old ones stay on long enough without falling off.
Gotta love a '69
