Front window pillar clip locations (number)

I am finally at the point of putting the windows in and hopefully a month or so away from getting my car back on the road after about 33 years! BUT....

On each side of the front window I only have 2 clip holes. The top one's (if there are to be 3) are missing from both sides and to be honest I don't know if they were ever there as I don't think there was body work done in that location on both sides.  This is a late '69 build ordered around March and delivered in May of '69.

Has anyone seen this before?  It is also a vinyl top car as well.
