They look like the newer American Racing vector wheels with the inserts painted black

I've been working on mine as much as possible but unfortunately work and life is getting in the way. I took off 3 weeks at Xmas planning to spend 1 with family 2 with the car but did i get that wrong ! Not a bad thing but the 69 got less attention but managed to get the running gear back in & back on all fours for the first time in 7 years

68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

Thanks guys.  Yes those are the new style American Racing VN47 wheels in 15x7 front and 15x8 rear that have the DOH 01 Special Edition stamped into the rear of the wheels.
The color (green) has grown on me since I purchased this car in 2020.  I typically would not have owned that combo with white interior, but being the original color scheme it has definitely grown on me.
I'm the 2nd owner of the car and the original owners are still alive and I keep in contact with them frequently about the car.

I bought my charger in July of 1999. These last several years from 2017 up until now I have just driven the car mostly on the weekends when the weather is good. In 2017 I pulled the engine and resealed the rear main and replaced the 346's with a set of prepped stealth heads. Since then I have replaced the alternator and the starter. Pretty sure the battery crapped out in 2021. Just minor stuff and lately the driver side motor mount broke apart and even broke the bolt that was all the way through the mount. Over time the 4 speed finally got the best of the motor mount, lol. With the new mount and a freshened up carburetor and a new coil and module box hopefully I can cruise around awhile before I have to work on it again

Update from the south.... of Ontario Canada: Edelbrock Heads installed and torqued down, 727 Rebuilt, back into the car. headers installed after fighting angels and demons not knowing the full process... in and out, starter back in, and fighting to get to the starter bolts, were not how i expected to spend 6 hours on the weekend LOL. But, its all done and installed. next is the new Hyperspark module, dizzy, and coil, front accessories back on, oil change and trans fill, before i can prep for a drive around the block again.

I have been working on my charger every chance I get. Working on sanding the inside of the trunk and need to scuff the engine side of the firewall so I can get everything painted body color. The previous owner decided to half ass a lot of things so I'm slowly trying to undo all of the butchery. It's going to be a fun driver when it's done. 69 charger, 383/727, floor shift, AC. Originally red with white top and white interior. The top and interior are still white but the previous owner painted it a dark blue metallic color. I like it but it's not a factory mopar color which bugs me. One of these days I'll more than likely go back exactly how it was on the fender tag. It's numbers matching. Still has the original wheels, carb, air cleaner, spare tire, bumper jack, build sheet, etc. So it will be an excellent fendertag/build sheet restoration car.
agreed loading pics on here sucks but feel like there's more people on here that are the most knowledgeable about chargers on here

Super agree with you on that. with the back-catalog of amazing threads on here i was able to completely do my 68, having never touched a mopar until i got my pile o parts (only other vehicle was a 78 gmc shortbed).  I still search the older threads for amazing info that has saved so much time over the last few years.

I am coming up on 3 years of silence with mine. After 1 year I bought the complete harness for it with intentions of tearing out the interior. But first have to build a 30x50 detached garage as the little home garage ain't cutting it! So delayed another 9 months. Once it was built and could move in last spring, I got the doc telling me I need surgery for a precancerous mass? F**k me! Got everything moved in before surgery and once that shit happened it took away some of my drive to get thing done. Now I am on the mend and SLOWLY back at it with windshield out and vinyl top off. I have changed the shocks and hope to pull the interior by the end of the month...sucks getting older. Age 56 has not been good so far!

Loading pictures here has been a problem here for years & the last upgrade has only made it worse. This is probably one of the major reasons that this site is dying a slow death.

I found the "upgrades" have actually helped with the pictures. You can now post the same picture more than once without having to rename them. You can "insert" them where you want in each post instead of them just ending up at the end of text as a default. This allows a story to be told with what feels like captions in between the pictures. I'm impressed with the change but it took me awhile to learn how to enlarge them. It isn't intuitive, I had to ask how to do it. I enjoy my time here but it feels like my own situation around my town. Fewer enthusiasts around to chat with.....they are out there in smaller numbers and further away. It bothers me to think the site is fading away. I never saw it as the absolute best site online but I did and still do enjoy reading about other people's projects, their discoveries, Tan Tops pictures are fantastic too....

For myself I absolutely despise facebook for specific groups like Chargers & many others. Algorithms deciding what I need to see sucks, posts disappear, & searching for something is a nightmare. Individualized topics & forums don't exist so if you want to read about an engine upgrade it'll be posted with a photo of what someone ate for breakfast.

It is a shame that the traffic here has slowed but I think the way Troy has this site set up is fine.  :cheers:

I'm willing to bet it's private due to spam, fake accounts & similar. Dave (Brock Samson on here) runs a Charger group on FB & is constantly chasing fakes & spammers out.
