Auto Metal Direct Hood Hinges 310-1468-P any good?

  My driver's side rear hood corner peeks up above the cowl/fender just a bit. Years ago I bought supposed NOS hinges that were not, but better than my old ones. Stunned at 750-800 bucks for billet has anyone used these and if so are they good?  Auto Metal Direct Hood Hinges 310-1468-P

I've read feedback on the AMD repro hinges one time and it wasn't good. 


IIRC Chrysler used the same hinges on 1970s Dodge pickups. 

The B-body car hinges will physically interchange from 1966-70, although the earlier ones had an extra mounting slot on the top bracket.

Thanks, reviews were mixed off Google also. I guess I'll just leave well enough alone.
