Restoring Bullitt Hubcaps

Hi all I have these 68 Charger hubcaps

Any tips on restoring them or at least making them look a bit better

I can polish the stainless but just wondering about the black and red bits as it may be difficult to mask around them to paint etc

A friend used a coating of grease to mask some odd shaped stuff for painting.

You are 2 or 3 hubcaps short.
The car in Bullitt lost at least 7 hubcaps during the chase scene.

 I restored mine a number of years ago.  Took the center out and masked everything.  Used gloss enamel spray paint for the orange center and the black parts.  Not that hard to do.
