phil is allover face book   he daily drives it alot   , he forgot to latch the hood and its bent up pretty good

Doesn't say much for the (back-up) purpose of the hood latch and latch tray.  :brickwall: That sucks!

Red tag on windshield is Syracuse abandoned vehicle notice. He must have registered it to keep it from being towed, inspection tag says like 18661 miles and brake fluid and oil all over

Phil is quite the 'character'.  He drives the crap out of that car without the hood.  Does burnouts all the time, he just got a flat on the road. He is not liked by the town hence the tickets. I'll leave it at that.
Cool car, but I have concerns about the well being of the owner and the car sometimes.
