I realize that this is a long shot, I am looking for a kickdown linkage assembly for my 440, 6 Bbl Superbird.
If anyone has one or knows of a source please let me know.
I may be able to get away with just the verticle down rod that runs parallel to the firewall.
Thanks in advance. Vic

A quick search on Ebay I found these items... https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=727+mopar+kickdown+linkage&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-153677-346401-4&mkcid=2&mkscid=102&keyword=&crlp=675198184529_&MT_ID=&geo_id=&rlsatarget=dsa-2410057144200&adpos=&device=c&mktype=&loc=9031389&poi=&abcId=9314583&cmpgn=20292564165&sitelnk=&adgroupid=149903427345&network=g&matchtype=&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=20292564165&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI8ZSB89WOlAMVTyZECB0jAw-2EAAYASAAEgIRyPD_BwE

Those things are going for semi big bucks. That one guy wants $2000 for just the kickdown linkage rod! Nuts!!!

Anything for a Big Block should fit... 383-440. The only difference between that and a small block would be the length of the rod going down to the bell crank that mounts on the side of the transmission. Six Packs/ Barrels center carbs are pretty much in the same location as a 4 Barrel carburetor. So there isn't anything special between the two.
This looks like your best bet. It's fairly cheap, but really dirty. Easy fix there.... https://www.ebay.com/itm/267608724305?_skw=727+mopar+kickdown+linkage&itmmeta=01KQ84C87B6NKMTM9X7RYBN0EP&hash=item3e4eb91351:g:qT4AAeSwC1Vpt3KH&itmprp=enc%3AAQALAAABAGfYFPkwiKCW4ZNSs2u11xCxThDv0ICuQkeb3fTMagaBjTKwqbXj6TZwWGoQtMwGQu0uPLEXqs0Mm6xfVMrgl3ib%2F4ptJUJ72%2BAbwFiuC3I0xVF2LlqqHTcLzHw0uMwq7XNl1PiB7kSfkZ3kNHG%2BZYRzVXbNyPoR4bgScQthR3KPYbAaPPUJ9gUG7GcLjRZSHuuTttPJLYXM%2BJr5psm1%2BUszJp%2FPkYxiybWrvCdxqmM9gAz60I29b5FYsVu7pYhej5lahGkdmqm675j6K1z3yXABJrNQ%2FXg3HnIx1ll1bhItj9W2ZzQbMDpWLbSlruBlM7L%2FLHRtJ9Qcif0PA7nRzBg%3D%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR-6DsYS6Zw
I have a kick down set up I've modified through the many years I've owned my truck. From the 360 4 barrel to the Six Pack I'm running now. I took it off when I went with a cable setup. Then got rid of that when I went with a manual valve body.
It's just sitting in my spare parts shelves. It isn't "numbers matching"... so I'm sure your not interested.
If you are let me know.
Good luck with your search.

Thanks for the suggestions and responses guys. Unfortunately all of the common mopar parts suppliers I checked with are currently out of stock on the 440-6bbl kickdown linkage assemblies with no forecast on when they will be available. This leaves me with two options, either find the correct used linkage rods or modify my existing 4bbl rods. I would prefer to find the correct rods. If I cannot find them I will shorten and modify the bends in the rod to the carburetor and lengthen / bend the vertical downrod from the upper to lower bell crank.

Shoot me your address in a PM and I'll send you an extra rod I've got laying around, it might help?
