'69 vent window mounting hardware

I finally ordered a vent window mounting hardware kit from mega parts. When it showed up, it was missing the 2 little Allen head screws.  It came with a 2 bolts (with assembled washes under the heads) 2 nuts (with assembled washers attached) 2 all thread studs, 2 metal blocks with threaded holes, and 2 washers.

First: where do the all thread studs go?

Second: what size, length and thread pitch are the Allen head screws suppose to be? (I could contact mega parts, but I have a car show this Saturday and would like to get the hardware installed before then...)

Any help would be appreciated.

Thread studs: I have NO idea where they go
Not sure why you need to know what the size, length, and thread pitch are as long as they thread into the big rectangular block nut you should be good.

That's the kit I got, but the Allen screws were missing.  I'll just go to the hardware store with the metal blocks and find some that work.
