Power steering hose rupture - 68'440 charger

The hose connecting the pump and steering column has ruptured, and I need a new one. As I'm in Norway, I want to make sure the end connections are correct before ordering from US. From what I can measure - there is 5/8 SAE male NPT in pump end, and 7/16 SAE female cap in other end. Is this the standard?
