Anyone in Ontario want to make $100?

There is a car I'm looking into just for shits and giggles and wouldn't mind having someone look at the car for me. Willing to of course pay $100 for someone to look at it and give me their honest opinion.

This is a 1971 Dodge Charger Replica of the cars that Richard Petty drove back in the day. It is personally signed by Richard Petty on the glove box. It comes equipped with a 383 v8, everything works as it should , Automatic Transmission-slap stick. Black leather interior, redone about 10 years ago. Exterior in fantastic condition. Originally purchased in 2002 in Robesonia, Southern Michigan. Full decal package, and several extra parts such as tough wheels and others
Asking 28k obo

So they are asking $28,000 CAD for it, which is about $19,900 USD. The guy seems to know very little about the car as he didn't build it. It used to have a "race engine" that the original owner kept so he installed a 383 in the car. Has no idea what rear end is in the car "except both wheels turn".

Car looks clean from what I could see on the videos but I may have missed something. The engine bay needs some love it looks like.

I remember seeing the ad for that car but can not find it now

The resaon I remember it is I thought the paint job looked a little strange how the red colour is squared off at the front of the fenders because I looked around to find another petty paint job to compare it to

I have found someone to go look at the car for me.

The car used to have a HEMI originally but that was replaced by a ratty old 383 at some point. I'd say they had an oil leak on the 383 at some point judging from the underside and the engine bay.

I got someone to check out the car. The "seller" wouldn't even come out of the house to show the car off nor pulled it out of the tiny shed it was in. The person who looked at the car (he owns two second gen chargers) said the car was a piece of crap and worth maybe half of what the seller was asking. The engine had leaks everywhere, bondo, decals were peeling off, mixture of 71, 72, and 73 parts.

I wonder if the seller didn't really want to sell it so he priced it too high and then showed no interest in talking to buyers.
Some guys have no balls to tell the wife that they don't want to sell their car.
