"This is a Beautiful New Aluminum Nevada plate for all 1968-1970 Dodge Charger R/T (road And Track) with a 426 HEMI.. It reads "RT 383" in Red and is..."
If it's for Charger R/T's with the 426 HEMI...ummm...what relevance does this 383 plate have?? :shruggy: (let alone the other two letters on that plate)

What a friggin' putz. :slap:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I agree with the posts above, plus can add that it's not Aluminum! It seems as though everything the poster said is wrong. But why should that stop anyone from listing on E-bay?

This seller has had many Nevada Mopar personalized plates for sale. They must have several cars, because they have been selling plates for months.

He/she must be on this site because they have already corrected the 426 back to R/T 383 on the listing.  I think that price isn't too bad for a novelty plate considering I paid $22 just for a chrome plate with a gold colored chevy emblem in the middle for my 55'

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Maybe he makes the plates. There use to be a stand at the Fair where you could get novelty plates. The guy would make them for you on the spot. You weren't suppose to use it for a real plate. I had one made for my 70 Vert. It said PLUMCRAZY . We put it on my car and were driving it to the car wash. I had a police officer following me and he didn't even notice it was 9 letters. LOL

I have a legitimate plate from Texas. 440-DGE. A guy i worked with got it from his brother, He lives about 10 miles from the racetrack in Texas and he always went there on vacations. Looks to be a FRONT plate, never had stickers. In pretty nice shape.

I never thought about novelty plates.
The 69RR I bought in November has the original plates still on it.
The Lady at the tax office told me when I changed the title.

What self respecting Charger R/T would have a 383.......pulleeeaaassse

Hey! :smash: :smash:  Mines a numbers 383 car, that has to account for something. :icon_smile_big:

Indeed! If they made OA-5599 Nevada plates, they'd sell a ton.
