Which would you run in a mild built 440 with 2400 converter?


lunati voodoo                                               or                        mopar purple shaft  280 474  110  lsa
Advertised Duration IN/EX: 262/268                                          2000-5900

The voodoo cam would be my choice,but i wouldnt switch if i already had the purple shaft-just my 2 cents

the voodoo cam will make more power ,just due to the more modern lobe design,and will also have a more friendly street power band,should also have more vaccum for power brakes/accesories and will idle cleaner-remember they have had a lot of technology increases in cams over the years and the mopar grinds are still old style tech,not bad-just better stuff available now

:iagree: The Lunati will have a faster lobe action letting more air in sooner and holding it in longer. That translates into increased power and better street manners/drivability. If you're starting from scratch...the Voodoo is the way to go.
