just picked up a french magazine here in Quebec with a white - red stripe - red int.- 4spd - hemi daytona in it.I don`t read french very well but from what I understand the guy bought it from Roger Gibson in the states and restored it here in Quebec. The car looks awsome .I will see if I can scan a pic of it and post it later.

Did you ever get those pics scanned in?

I haven't seen a white HEMI Daytona well not one with Red Interior anyways.

The scan did not work out because the picture in the mag. covers 2 pages. But here is the link to the magazine that gives a little peak of the DC.http://www.v8passion.com/accueil.html

Anyone know if the HEMI Daytona ever came back from Japan?

The magazine does not list the vin# of the DC . The owner ( Michel Perrault ) lives in St-Jerome not far from Montreal.

I had a white '69 charger and a white '68. '68 had red int. w/a black top, '69 had black int.and top. I hated them cause they just didn't seam to have any muscle look to them. Do I miss them now, yes. Seeing that white Daytona makes me drool. Damn, that looks awesome. Thanks for the photos.

Hey, you can hate the game but don't hate the player.

Matt I think your right, the mesh in the nose cone is off. Anyone else notice that the liscense plate frame says National HEMI Owners Association. So is the owner a member of NHOA? Also I tried enlarging the photo of the engine compartment, and noticed that 1 of the 2 screws on the fener tag is painted white while the other still has a chrome head. Couldn't make out any writing on the tag I tried for a long time playing with color, contrast, curves and everything. No such luck.

Do we know if its a 4speed or automatic .I recall Roger had 2 daytonas on hand .One was red .The other was green but originally a white 4 speed car XX29L9B410786..

Also my picture enlargements seems show that the leaf spring area not boxed in .As found typically on hemi cars.As like these E-Body TQ boxes
Or what if this was the Doctors car The first canadain shipped daytona but now with a hemi ???.WhichI believe is a white car as well

As far as I know Doctor Cheeseborough still owns his Daytona.  I thought for some reason its a red car.  He is in his eighties I believe.  Car needs to be bought and restored.

Our Daytona is still sitting in limbo.  Seems there is never enough time to work on it or our Six-Pack Runner.  Been busy building my house for the last 6 months.  Hopefully we can get somewhere with the cars next year.

If the daytona here in Que. is a J coded car is it possible that it came from Mother mopar  with no torque boxes ? I have never seen a hemi car personaly without the boxes but that is not to say that there were some that did not have them.
