if you removed glasses, you will be able to find the roof seams with C pillar...

Is filled with tain, but still able to find...

A pillar joint is a little bit easier.

will you cut just the skin or also the under frame ?

Everything will be cut.  all Glass is out except the vent windows under the louvers.  Do I need to remove those first as well?

yes, everything.

remember roof is part of unybody structure, so be sure car is good placed on floor, not just over the wheels. Try to get reinforced the floor pans. Maybe jack stands at the end of frame rails down the floor board.

I would try to drill out the weld points on roof frame. Will take lot of time, but is the safety way.

Roof sking itself is the area bewteen window openings... does not include anything of C pillar. C pillar is part of quarter.

look at this pics to let you know where exactly is the end of pieces
