Actually I belive that is a Buddist symbol of some type. I saw them on temples in Vietnam.

I asked my wife. It is the symbol of spiritual victory. Here is a grave in Vietnam with the swastika on it.

You'll note that the orientation of the symbol on the gravesite is different than the one on the shirt.   That may change the meaning of the symbol.

Hitler stole allot of his structure and symbols to try and give is dictatorship a ground in history. He tried to make it seam as though he was rediscovering Germany's past and reviving a formal glory. When in actually he just took thing from lesser know religions and past empires then twisted it to fit his goals. The swastika is a Buddist symbol and was also carried by the Romans, as was the Eagle that stood over it in all his show of power parades.

(personally i thought is was pretty funny though cause ya know these guys are idiots for teasing and trying to out run these bulls but ya seldom see the repercussions of this "sport" and additionally Bulls have borne the brunt of many human sadistic pleasures over the span of time and it's good to see one getting some payback).
