Confused on my wheels

I've been looking at my broadcast sheet and under wheels it reads wheel covers 11. Ok, I found out what covers those were or should be, my confusion is the 85 under road wheels which is next to wheel covers. Can someone help this old confused man?  ;D I've looked and found online the broadcast decoders but none tell me what the 85 means. I'm  ???.
