Route 3 in North Woodstock, heading north to the White Mountains at Franconia Notch. The shot was taken from the observation tower at Indian Head.

Nice Shot Musicman!  That's Portland Headlight in Cape Elizabeth ME.  I grew up in that town and plan to take our car up this summer to get some shots of the Charger in front of the lighthouse!   :2thumbs: :coolgleamA:

lol    tell me about it............before I got the hang of it, I had the same pic with so many different names and sizes I couldn't work out which was the original.

we were out flying around and it was a nice day.we were up for afew hours saw a few deer  and i wanted to get a pic of the rail road bridge before they tear  it down.
the pic are rezied  by a program that is free and easy.  PIXresize.com

Yes, the Summer shot was taken the following year. A small birch tree went down that Winter, and the sign was taken out by a snow plow most likely. I was wondering if anyone would notice :scratchchin:

I resize my images in Photoshop... I just hate having to throw out 90% of the usable image quality to post here. It's not the dimensions of the image, it's the information stored within those dimensions that gets lost. 200K images (of any usable dimension) are a lot like MP3 recordings... You recognise them for what they are, but all of the details are gone. It is what it is however...
