those old bridges like that I always wondered why they have them covered, maybe the way its structured to hold its weight or strength over a span? and how back there in that part of the country to they keep them up? some of them are so dam old you think they would be unsafe? cool though.............

They are pretty safe to drive on, even though I think they try to limit it nowadays.  They have been keeping them up due to the tourist attraction they've become.  I few years ago, a couple of them were set on fire by an arson.  No one has been caught for it and no one knows why they were burned, very tragic and pathethic.

Took these on a business trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
A Fact of Life: After Monday and Tuesday even the calendar says WTF.........

And a side trip to Todos Santos, Mexico. Supposedly the inspiration for the Eagles song Hotel California with the Tequila Sunrise across the street. I suspect it may be the other way around.

Apparently lots of their patrons have markers at the Tequila Sunrise. :icon_smile_tongue:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
