took a walk across the golden gate bridge,.. 'n took over 200 photos alot of which are awesome, but for now at least i'll just post this one.. i waved (and perhaps other of the thousands of folks lineing the railing city side did too),.. but i estimate hundreds of folks on the ship waved back...  very cool!  |

Found this:  I have a 1953 Farmall Super C (with rare fast hitch option) that my grandma gave to me after my grandpa, the owner, died. My grandpa bought it in Kentucky to cultivate tobacco, as the Super A they had died. It was never reliable, or had any power, but it was used. It is in need of a major overhaul and rebuild, a new electrical system, major hydraulic system overhaul, bodywork, and many missing parts that were lost throught the years. Unfortunantly, my dad wont move the equipment sitting in front of it in my grandmas barn so I can move it and start wrenching on it. I want to restore it, but still use it. I am looking for many Super C parts, including lights, battery box, and fenders. I saw a loader on one a few years ago at the local antique machinery show, and have been looking for on of those too. It was an amazing setup. |
