I spotted this on ebay and it says it is correct for 68-70 Chargers. But I thought the T style post was for 1971 only cars? I was wondering if somebody could clue me in since I have one of these jacks in my storage barn I was getting ready to let go. Thanks in advance for any info!

How about this one? I didn't actually look for any part numbers yet as I just got back from the barn. Do you guys think this one is for a 68-70 Charger also?

Nope....post & base  looks the same but the mechanism is different....Charger jacks do not have a hook, just a flat pad

Thanks Chris,

I was hoping I was going to score a free one for my car, no such luck. Any idea what this one might be for? Becasue I certainly don't know.

Looks like a bumper jack for 1970 - 1972 GM - Chevelle, Monte Carlo platform.  I have a stock one in my 1972 Monte Carlo that looks similar.

Thanks Oldguy but I don't know about that? The guy I got these parts from never owned anything but Mopars. I suppose it is possible but.........

Could very well be MOPAR.  I spoke before I went out and took a close look at the jack in my Monte Carlo.  The GM hook is different and the base is more open.  Sorry to mislead you.

No Problem Oldguy.....Thanks for trying anyways. I'm wondering if it might be a 71 Charger or Satellite jack he was pretty big into those for a while.
