I was wondering what happened to the other site.....  Oh, well.

I need to time and tune my 67 Coronet with a 318.   I have an Isky 256/262 Cam for SB mopars.

What is the correct RPM for timing?  What is the best Advance for the motor? Should the timing be set with or without the distributor vacuum unplugged?

Thanks for the assist....

the way I set it is 38* total at approx 3000 rpm , with a longer duration cam like you have you need more initial advance so I would leave the vacuum discoonected at all time & try to get around 18* timing at idle [total timing is more important]

Thanks Chryco....

I'll leave the vacuum off all the time????

What is timing at 188?

Just 6T9 CHGR

I think his finger slipped and he meant 18* at idle ;)
