question about 69 seats

hello. i was wondering if a set of 69 charger bucket seats will fit into a 68?? they should right??

Yes.

I went the other way. I used '68 front bucket cores in the '69....and the back seat is out of a '70. Averaged out to a '69.  ;)

I'm pretty certain they will as I put 68 seats in my 69 car so the inverse (should) work.

Yup, same thing. Here is a '68 seat I recovered to '69 spec.

Yes the seat tracks are the same with the exception of the 6/way seat. These were 69 seats.

yep... all 68-70 backseats the same...just different coverings... my rear seat core came from a 69 satellite :yesnod:

SORRY, I THOUGHT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT BACK SEAT, BUT YES A 68-9 B BODY BUCKETS ARE THE SAME JUST DIFFERENT COVERINGS :)

What about '66-'67 buckets? Are the cores the same as '68-'69? Also are '68-'69 A-body bucket cores the same as B-body cores?

Dan, just curious as to what you have mounted on the steering wheel? NOS button, ejection seat, rocket launcher,etc.??????

I broke my neck in an ATV reck so I now spend my time in a wheel chair 20yrs now actualy.
Still love my chargers and love to drive them.

PS I get the same thing at car shows every weekend I tell them its just a huge motorcycle  ;D
