Its easy guys - on your "body wiring" for your front light harness, you have a 6 pin connector numbered termincal 1-6...    terminal #2 has a black and yellow wire coming out of it. Simply link this wire to the dark green wire in terminal #5. Terminal #5 supplies constant power to your side markers. The black and yellow wire only carries power when your headlight switch is set to "running lights". Make sure to swap the wires on the HEADLIGHT side of the harness (The wires that connect to the headlights, not the bulkhead)




Simply crimp a new connector on both wires and slide them into the #5 terminal. on a 1969 I believe There is no wire in terminal #5 presently, however if there is a dark green wire coming from the bulkhead to the 6 pin connector, you only need to swap the wire from terminal #2 to Terminal #5.
