OH OH OH, hey Allen if you would be so kind as to pass on any contact information to the F8 owner. Not asking for his information, but feel free to drop him mine. You know me I'm always up for talking 500's or Daytona's. And hey what can I say I'm nosey, and I'd always like to add another folder to the growing files on the computer of photo's of various 500's. :)

Will do Danny... I expect I will be meeting the guy soon, he has a 1970 Plymouth B-Body (RR/GTX/Satellite) in the paint shop.  It is just a uni-body on casters at the moment.  Besides, I start a file on everyone that inquires about one of my cars...  :D

A file on everyone who inquires about your cars? So I'm assuming my file is at least 4 to 5 years old then? You don't add an entry everytime they ask do you? If so, man mine is going to be pretty fat by the time I'm 50.

I hope by the time you are 50 that B5 blue on blue  500 SE turns up so I can get my build sheet and give him his.  After 60 years that would make a good magazine story.

Hey Al, I keep my eyes and ears out for the other B5 blue SE 500, but so far to no luck. Did you ever find the broadcast sheet you are refering to? I would still love to add the information to the car that it goes to, to the ever growing spreadsheet I'm doing. A copy of the sheet would be great, or just the VIN.

ITS ON!... The Rotisserie...

 ...I think... but I keep thinking about the major (to me) sheetmetal surgery to come and still am a bit  :errr: nervous.  This is the most drastic work that I have ever had done to one of my cars, even if it minor by today's "restore a cowl into a car" standards.

Here are some cell phone pictures that I took today... better pictures in a day or two.  I have a lot of loose parts to haul home from the paint shop now...

True, but right now I would settle on just having the quarter panel replacement done and the plug re-installed... The original quarters are going to be cut off ("pictured framed" to leave more strength & stiffness) before sending the car to the blaster.  Also, I just found out today the local plastic media blaster just stopped operations, so I may have to go with a "soda blaster"...  not trilled about that!  :P

Not only did they not remove the clips & other no longer needed items, they did not even scrape half of the original back glass gasket seal off with a putty knife... look at all the leftover goop in the older pictures...

I guess I will re-install the clip & other un-needed parts since they were left on by Creative Ind, but I will not reinstall the un-needed back glass gasket seal (putty strip)!

Looks great Allen! The years in the warm dry shop must of prevented it from rusting. I'm lucky, the rear window channel and deck filler panel on my '69 looks to be not rusty...thank god
