Is it the one laying on the ground in front of the Cuda?

Yep yesnod ...Coming to Craigslist first, then eBay if necessary.  The first of many items being sold to offset restoration costs and pay the bank off for the new toy...

I hear that those can be pretty pricey. Around $800+ right?

I can save you some money by just letting me buy that Daytona off of your hands and that would offset some more of the price right?

I have seen them go about that high several years ago, but with the depressed market and repros available for less than $200, I will price it at $375 to get it sold.

What took you so long to suggest that...  icon_smile_wink  lol

I want a Daytona soooooooo bad that it will probably go only as part of a multiple car trade to get a turn-key Daytona.  Or, be sold AFTER another Daytona is bought...

But we all know how easy car trades are to set up...  eek

Boy, do I know or what.... Came across a Hemi Daytona this weekend, but it's way out of my league... Allen, sell a bunch of stuff and you might get it. Smiley

Not really... I have been tied up with personal business.  I owe Greg some dimensions & pictures, and also parts like the wheel opening moldings for pre-paint hole pattens.  To top off matters, I re-injured my back late last week...  just got back from the doctor.  I am scheduled for a series of back shots next week, if they don't work then back surgery may be the only option...  eek

I did get a few small items ordered and drop shipped to Greg last week, but need to get the information and pictures to him.

Thanks for checking in!...

Thanks Quintin, the color of the shiney new toy is "Torred", Red with a dash of orange in it.  In some lighting (like the picture above), the orange comes out strong.  The nearest old school color is 1969 R4 Performace Red.

I believe my back is SLOWLY getting better... I don't think my screams are keeping the neighbors awake anymore.

I just read Greg's latest email, work on the C500 will resume next Tuesday after the delay caused by my personal business that I had to attend to...  This weekend I need to provide some pictures & information to Greg to support the restart of work.

Greg expects to have the rear window plug re-installed in the next two weeks or so...  cheers  Expect new pictures in the next 1-2 weeks...

Hey Allen, you didn't answer about the trade? JK

I'll let someone else get the 1,000th as well. What small odds and ends parts are you still looking for Allen? I'll keep an eye out/and or ask some people around here that have some nice stashes of parts if you want. Just would have to know what your still looking for though.

The final choice was Blue Thunder.  I considered many names and for a while leaned to AeroBlue, but thought that many would think it was Arrow Blue, Blue Arrow, or some other mis-interpretation...  I did consider C5Blue, but a mental image of a bright blue Lockeed C5 transport plane ended that as well as B5C5 & C5B5...

You should have pursued the trade when I was being eaten alive by that jackal at the first body shop...

I need to get started on a needs list... I know there will be some parts needed, especially in the engine bay that was vacant when I bought the car.  I will post a list and update it when I get a chance... Thanks!

At the moment I need some information... check out my new thread:
